My mom ordered the product last march 2015 from blisscreams.com via paypal for safety buyer purpose instead of using directly the credit card. She bought the 2 month supply of blisscreams product worth $120 with discount, but unfortunately their has no confirmation that it has been shipped or what, there has no reply from the support team with the email of support@blisscreams.com or whatsoever after buying it through paypal. You will also notice that on the order page of Blisscreams.com, you will see few trust seals and security seals, but none is clickable. Buyer beware.I have filed a Non-receipt dispute through paypal and the email that is from blisscreams.com is scott.bundren@gmail.com instead of support@blisscreams.com. So buyers,,,, please,, avoid buying from blisscreams.com

After reading above comments of fraudulent charges in the name of Blisscream, I wonder why the company is not hunting down the fraudsters and save their reputation!
I ordered a ‘free sample’ and paid the requested shipping charges in March. The charges were immediately debited from my account but until today I have not received any couriered free sample. I also did not receive any email from the company acknowledging my order or payment or any shipping advice of the product. I would have thought the company would be more professional!
On 3rd April, when I was abroad on a holiday, I received an email from my bank to confirm further charges of US$ 78.71 to my credit card account from Blisscream. I immediately managed to freeze the transaction and my card until my return from my holiday. Now I am back and have asked the bank to investigate the fraud. I have nw to go through the inconvenience of replacing my card.
If Blisscream really cares for its reputation, it should immediately respond to me (and other people like me) and either refund the shipping amount taken from my credit card for the ‘free sample’ or ship the sample to me as requested.
I’ve heard they have an auto ship, auto repeat thing which many people miss, it sucks!!
Its the same issue with mine. I ordered 1 time but they keep on charging my card. People beware of this Bliss Radiance Website. It is very frustrating, website can’t be trusted and do not give any of your credit card information to this online website. They have promise to refund my money I have to wait and see if they are truly reimbursing it within 2-3 days. DONT BE A SCAM.
I believe the products Bliss Radiance Rejuvenation system are genuine and good. However, the one setting up the webpage are scammers.
I bought the products about 3 months ago by using my credit card. I was pleased with the products. However l noticed my credit card keep on charging even though l didn’t purchase anything with that month. From my bank statement l noticed l made repeated purchase from China. Then l lodged police report and the bank investigated the matters. With a month plus, the bank refunded me.
I may sue the company. Waiting for the advice from my lawyer.
To the rest of you who have been the victims, please get your bank to refund back your money.Then please sue the company from China. Your bank will give you the details of the company that created the website.

International orders like yours do occasionally take longer to arrive, due to unforeseeable customs issues. No I did not obtain a full refund from paypal because I waited the item to arrived for two months, and the disputed case was expired and closed, and not get the full refund.

I paid USD 6.90 for the shipping fee of a free trial last March 18, 2016 and never received it but you charged again my debit card in April 3, 2016 for USD 78.71,until now I haven’t received any. I asked you many times for a refund but you are now telling me that a refund is allowed only for an order not older than 30 days???? How come? Since beginning of April, I have been asking for a refund when I did not receive the free trial but you said you will resend it and to my luck I found out that you charged my card again of a bigger amount to resend the product?
