Online notice of school and room assignment of Qualified Applicants for the October 21, 2012 Career Service Examination, Paper-and-Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) per Testing Centers and from Regions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, NCR, CAR, CARAGA and ARMM is now available, the Civil Service Commission said Wednesday, October 10.
Qualified applicants for the October 21, 2012 Career Service Examination, Paper-and-Pencil Test (CSE — PPT), who will take their examination in the various Testing Centers nationwide may now check their School and Room Assignment using the Online Notice of School Assignment (or ONSA).
To use the ONSA, an examinee would have to key-in the following personal information on the blank fields, to wit:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Middle Name and Middle Initial (ATTENTION: Use asterisk (*) if no Middle Name)
- Date of Birth
- Region
- Level of Examination
- Verification Code
