t probably won’t be too far into the future when chalkboards become a “thing of the past” at schools and are replaced with some type of fancy new technology. But until then, I’m pretty sure we can all say that we’ve learned more than a few things by staring (or pretending to stare) at these ubiquitous teaching aids.
But for Emerson High School in Oklahoma City, their chalkboards were about to teach them a very surprising lesson on the school’s own history.
